What Does Mental Health Mean to You?

lets-talk-feature

Our readers respond with their video messages.

No fluff, no filler, let’s get right to the point: We need to end the stigma around mental illness, and encourage anyone who feels like they need to reach out to do so. Earlier this week, we shared five ways to fight the negativity around this issue, and today we’re excited to present a special video on mental health.

Today in Canada, Bell will donate 5 cents to mental health initiatives for tweets, posts and other social media messages using the #BellLetsTalk hashtag. To show our support for the conversation we asked our social media followers to send their video responses answering the question: “What does mental health mean to you?”

Here’s what they said.

Thank you to everyone who participated.
